polyTEM.crystal_peaks.flow_fields.load_q_intensity_matrix(big_data_path, filename, q_min, q_max, q_step, a_step)

Loads a numpy matrix with the correct data using my (Luke’s) naming conventions. Output is a 3D matrix, where the dimensions are (image, q, theta)
