polyTEM.image.fft.cpu_fft(img: ndarray, shape, centered=True)

Computes fft of 2D image stored on cpu using numpy Output fft is zero centered.

Parameters:

  • img – numpy.ndarray of image

  • size – int shape of fft output size

Returns:

numpy array of real component of fft imag. numpy ndarray of imaginary component of fft

Return type:

real
